Are you looking for a getaway that blends modern luxury living with the carefree feeling you get from lounging in the sand with your feet in the water? You’re in the right place. This home has recently undergone a makeover, including fresh paint and furniture and new owner.
Entering the home gives you an instant wow factor with the vaulted ceilings and calming color scheme. The full kitchen includes a pass-through window to a breakfast bar with room for three, and the beautiful dining room table is a great setting for family dinners, conversation, and connecting. The open concept floor plan leads to an inviting living room centered around a fireplace; so, cozy up with a book and leave the stress behind.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Enjoy sitting outside with the breeze and no bugs with a space for the whole family. The large screened in porch offers a space for the little ones with their own picnic table and toys, within eyesight of the adult lounging area. The back patio is great for grilling and of course, relaxing.
