"Lovely new hotel. Check in was a bit time consuming, and they had to charge a bond to my credit card - not just a hold or pre-authorisation, but an actual charge. It was refunded on checkout, but still seemed strange. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great, shower very good, nespresso machine with decaf pods, etc etc. Would definitely stay again. "

Also my trip was over Easter and I was there to relax and get some good quality rest and a sleep in that I don’t get at home but had housekeeping knocking at the door at 8am, which was quite early. Overall a lovely stay but just the little things, that do matter when you pay a lot for a room over a few days. "

"One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby...
