"We like this place because it is close to friends who live in barefoot bay. It is perfect for us. I was a little disappointed about the cleaning fee. We didn't really use the stove. We left the place as clean as possible. We were only there three nights and mostly just slept and showered. I do like it very much!!!"

"It was a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom condo! There were 2 separate bathrooms which was perfect so we weren’t fighting over one bathroom for the 6 of us! There was a fully equipped kitchen that we used to prepare our meals. It was a very big room! "

"What a wonderful weekend stay. Great place on the beach. Room clean and spacious. Yep in other reviews on the 3rd floor no elevator, which didn’t matter for us. Nice pool with great grill out area. Close to downtown Melbourne which had great shops and local bars. Many happy memories. Will consider again for a trip. "

"Friends get together to visit our friend who moved here last Sep. The lovely host and accommodations are 5 star all the way. From the lovely little touches of this beautiful home, to the gorgeous screened in pool and hottub outdoor screened in backyard, this home has everything you need. So clean and fresh, the host is super friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely return. Thank you!"

"This house had everything that we needed for the two of us and our dog. It has a large, very well stocked kitchen that has everything that we needed, and more! There's plenty of dishes and glassware where you didn't need to run the dishwasher every day. It also has an excellent backyard that our dog enjoyed. We were in town to visit my mother for Mother's Day and she lives within a mile from the rental property so it was a perfect location for our needs.Tiffany was a great host and was very...

"The house was perfect for our family of 10. We appreciated the safety features of the completely gated pool area and the door alarms. The house was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils etc that you would ever need. The beach is literally steps away and the viewing deck was enjoyed by all. The beach front is beautiful and very clean. The tennis/pickleball court was perfect for after dinner fun…. there is plenty of outdoor...
