"We stayed here for Miami graduation. It was a little bit of a drive but the hotel was clean and comfortable: they had a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were clean. There are a couple of restaurants by the hotel and you drive country roads to get to the hotel. The room was not straightened up while we were out but that is ok."

The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. "The overall experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated."
