I was abit concerned with the neighborhood but everyone seemed pretty nice. There is a tiny gated driveway is first come first serve so you're basically left having to find a spot on the street. We had a difficult time finding the apartment as we were not aware it a was back house. We had a difficult time getting into the front door as the host kept insisting on giving us instructions on how to get into the home with ways that didn't exist. Once we FINALLY made it into the home, it SEEMED clean. Inside the kitchen drawers, kitchen supplies and under the sink were covered in rodant droppings. From the photos there were extra bunk beds set up twin mattresses in it which one had what resembled old blood stains. Once it was brought to the host attention he sent someone over to remove the mattress. There is also a swimming pool listed which is for everyone in the area. The pool & surrounding area is completely uncared for making it unusable. Completely different from the photos. Overall, the host was accommodating & responsive.
