Spacious Getaway Home Waiting for You!

This home is a beautifully renovated home at the center of homestead and all of the attractions. This 3/2 residence with two full sized beds and one king sized bed can accommodate up to six patrons comfortably. Free wfi and a 55-inch TV will be included along with a ping pong table and gas barbecue in the back patio. This home is nearby all the popular restaurants. Within a short traveling distance also includes the popular artsy area of Wynwood, the Frost and Ice-cream museums, NASCAR track.

Supplies provided on the property are limited.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Homestead. The home is centrally located for visiting the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. The house was clean and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The house also has a large backyard with grill and patio chairs. The property, including parking area is completely fenced in and gated. The property owner provided a very helpful binder identifying restaurants, shoppers and other attractions in the area and was very responsive to a few messages during our stay.

The house was perfect! It was clean, fresh, well furnished and stocked with everything you might need. It was nicely. decorated and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The only downside was that the house sits on a very busy street and the traffic noise was noticeable.

Great stopping point on our way to the keys

Very comfortable place for a one night stop over on our way to Islamorada. Had room in the driveway for two trucks and 24’ boat (barely). Enjoyed a mango from the tree in the back yard.

Great stay!

The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing it was lacking was a dishwasher. The bed in the master bedroom was not the best (you completely sink in), but we were still able to sleep and enjoy our stay. Very close to Biscayne NP (10-15 minutes) not too far from Shark Valley (60 minutes) in the Everglades.

Perfect house!

The place was perfect for our needs. Very clean and tidy. Backyard was big! Whole yard was fenced in and perfect for our dog who accompanied us on this trip. Location was amazing, essentially located for all our needs in the homestead area. Would highly recommend anybody needing a place to stay in homestead!

Delayed Christmas

Difficult getting access at both gate & front door. We arrived at 11pm. Didn’t realize there was a walk-in gate. Had to use our phone lights to read the very small digital padlock through the drive through gate. Has to be a better way! Also struggled to open the door

The cleanest house ever

This home is incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is diverse and we felt very safe. Completely fenced in property with lovely back yard. Early morning coffee with the beautiful birds. Loved the coffee bar, laundry facilities and general set up of the home. Perfect for families. We visited the Everglades and this location was perfect.

Cozy spot close to Everglades

This comfortable home had everything that we needed for our Everglades adventure, since both eastern entrances are within an easy drive. Close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. We especially enjoyed the yard and game room.

very very clean

We stayed as the 2nd half of our Everglades trip. This house was great, in the middle of working class neighborhood surrounded by huge farms. It had a locked gate that you drove through and locked behind you. We felt safe. It was incredibly clean (almost entirely white tile floor). I dropped my glasses behind the bed and the floor under the bed behind the curtain was spotless. There is a ping-pong table that we really enjoyed. They had hot tub listed on the VRBO listing which was in error (none there) and the car garage was locked and off limits. But neither was an issue for us. They greatest thing was the neighbors across the street had spectacular xmas lights! We would stay there again for its location and local flavor.

Very convenience & nice

It was very convenience being that I am located i was surprised to fine a place that's within a great radius. It was during the holiday time and you know many stores were close but we close to Tropical which was very convenience for our use. The backyard I so love especially the long table in the back . More then enough cleaning products to use and it was nice and cozy felt like being at home

Home base in Homestead

This house was a jumping off point for our trip to the Upper Keys and the Everglades. Our trip included 4 adults and our dog. The house was well maintained and very clean and we appreciated all the small touches that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The property is completely fenced in, so this was nice for our dog. We made good use of the ping pong table and the well appointed kitchen.

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

My wife, I & our dog had to evacuate west coast Florida due to Hurricane Milton. We found this little gem a day and a half before we evac'd. It had space for another family of 4 if necessary. Property was as listed; clean, spacious, comfortable beds; nice fenced backyard. Only downside were some ants in the kitchen. Neighborhood wasn't "tony", but at this price point, airight..

Home away from Home!

Exactly what was described, AND more. Beautifully maintained house and yard. absolutely perfect for us, retired couple, traveling and staying for two months, with our two dogs. The hosts were extraordinarily responsive and accommodating. Even checking in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. For such a long stay it kinda felt like family was watching over us. Very comforting. Neighborhood was quite. We had coffee in the morning in the backyard being serenaded by a Mocking Bird.
