Very convenient 3 bedroom condo in multiunit building, close to everything in South Miami Beach. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Publix/Target easily. Access was easy and shared rooftop pool was nice for the kids. As this is likely a heavily used property, there was a fair amount of wear and tear on things like kitchen fixtures, counters, tables, doors and bathrooms. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and kept up. Some water leakage into the unit at doors during rain as well.

Not clean - fruit flies - coffee maker did not work Also listing says “parking available”. But you must pay about $40 a day (including overnight) if not you will be ticketed and or towed (the small print in the details says it is offsite Parkin) - very misleading

We loved our stay here! It was so close to the beach and restaurants and bars, so we were able to walk almost everywhere! The property had a few dings & broken items when we got there but nothing that hindered our stay at all. Easy check in/out and we comfortably slept 8 with no issues. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable, check in was easy. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the start of restaurants on Ocean blvd. It was also great to have amenities similar to a hotel with staff on-site.

Horrible experience. Plumbing issues the entire stay. I spent more time trying to get my issue resolved than I did enjoying my vacation!!! Sextant Stays should be removed from VRBO. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with any other VRBO rental. Two thumbs down is not enough!! I need more thumbs!!!!

I had issues with a few things in the unit including the door code and the dryer. The dryer door would not lock properly and I had to put a suitcase against it to keep it closed. The door code didn’t work and locked me out for over 30 minutes at 11pm. I was given several reasons why it wasn’t working but no one could give me a straight answer. Apart from this, the stay was okay.
