The Space:

Step inside to find a thoughtfully furnished space featuring a queen-sized bed, a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator, and a spacious bathroom. The studio also offers ample closet space and a welcoming, light-filled atmosphere that perfectly blends modern touches with laid-back boho charm. Property is accessed using a door code which guests will receive prior to their entry date, allowing for a contactless check in.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the studio during their stay. You’ll be able to enjoy every part of the space including the kitchen, bathroom, and closet area entirely to yourselves. Parking is available on the private driveway for your convenience, and there’s also additional street parking nearby if needed. The studio has a private entrance, so you can come and go freely at any time. Whether you’re heading out to explore the Miami River area or relaxing after a day in the city, you’ll have a comfortable, self-contained space to call your own.



The Neighborhood:

Located just one block from the beautiful Miami River, this studio offers the perfect mix of tranquility and city convenience. The neighborhood has a laid-back, local feel while still keeping you close to everything Miami has to offer. You’ll find great cafes, restaurants, and riverside spots within walking distance perfect for morning coffee or sunset strolls. Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Little Havana are all just a short drive away, giving you easy access to nightlife, shopping, and cultural attractions without the noise of the main city streets.



Getting Around:

If you prefer to explore without a car, the neighborhood is very walkable and you’re just steps from the Miami River and close to local cafés, shops, and restaurants. For longer trips, Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Little Havana are all just a short drive away, and public transportation options like Metrobus and Metrorail are easily accessible from the area.
