South Beach Vacation

We had an excellent time in South Beach and this is a great property to stay at. The 1 Hotel is amazing and the apartment itself was perfect. Natalie and her staff were very communicative and helpful and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful Getaway!

Everything about his home was spectacular! Easy check in, great communication and well appointed residence. The location and view were outstanding. We will be back and rent from Natalie. Much more space with all the amenities of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this home!

Incredible stay! We travel to the 1Hotel quarterly for business and pleasure, and this was our first time staying in the residences and we will only do this moving forward. The apartment is beautifully designed, you get all the same amenities at a more affordable price, and the entirety of the process was seamless start to finish. Highly highly recommend booking this unit and any other units this group has!

Amazing unit on a beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate, well decorated, and well situated unit. The 1 Hotel is the best hotel in Miami. The pool and beach are wonderful. Service was top notch. Restaurants and bars were all good. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect spit

Great time in South Beach. Apartment was exactly as described. Used the pools all day each day. Direct beach access was wonderful for short beach trips. Chauffeured car was really convenient and helpful for getting to local dinner reservations. Would 100% come back.

Wonderful condo!

We love 1 Hotel and have visited friends here before. It is a very warm and beautiful property with excellent food and drinks. The bed in this unit may have been the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The only suggestion would be for better blinds as the ones in the master weren't functional and the one in the living room were very flimsy. All in all, we loved it stay and will return!

Amazing amenities and location

We would highly recommend this property. Great location, amenities and customer service was top notch. Great for conferences, families, pet friendly property, remote working, etc. If we could live there, we would. Bed was comfortable, unit had everything you need. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. Balcony view was perfect for morning coffees, remote working and sunset views. The restaurants on site was able to cater to all dietary needs too. Would highly recommend this place.
