-Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available.
- Due to façade repairs, starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool
-Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
-Parking Policy: Parking is not included. On-site valet services are available:
° Overnight Valet – $75/day (+$3 gratuity) Includes in-and-out privileges. Payment is required upfront for the entire stay.
° Hourly / Regular Valet – $50 (+$3 gratuity) Standard hourly rate, no in-and-out privileges.
Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved through us for $35/day.
-Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.

Great location and amenities

I thought the property as a whole and the amenities were fantastic. The only item I wish would have been better would have been to have additional towels especially for a three night stay. Otherwise I had no complaints and would recommend.

Good stay

The stay went well. It was a beautiful view from the balcony, but some of the tiles on the balcony was cracked and unstable. In addition the tub was highly set, so it was hard to get in and out of. If booking use the 777 parking lot. It's the the cheapest.

Awesome Condo!

This is the best condo I have stayed in thus far! It is absolutely beautiful...the online pics don't do it justice! The view of the bay from the balcony is breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again!

Best Vrbo in Brickell

Location was perfect! The home was very clean and the views were breathtaking. The shower was a bit challenging but other than that I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Miami. The host was very responsive. Look forward to coming back in the future.

October - Brickell Stay

Place was great, cozy, and very convenient. We were within walking distance of all the amenities and most importantly the mall and eateries. The view is breathtaking. There were a few repairs that needed to be completed before we stayed but overall everything was great.

The Best of Brickell

This location was everything we could have asked for. The views from the balcony were amazing. The unit was very well stocked. It had everything you would need during your stay, such an iron, dishes, silverware, and washing machine. The unit is located in the heart of Brickell, you are in walking distance to Brickell center and a lot of nice places to eat. I highly recommend and will be booking again for my next stay in Miami area.
