This spacious and luxurious Italian-inspired villa is an ideal setting for family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, photoshoots, and retreats. A true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it offers maximum comfort, elegance, and relaxation in an idyllic country setting in the Redlands near Homestead, FL—just 40 minutes from Miami and 30 minutes from Key Largo.
A one-of-a-kind property in South Florida, the estate features over 8,000 sq ft of air-conditioned space, including a magnificent central courtyard with multiple seating areas, perfect for evening stargazing. The main house offers six large bedrooms with luxury linens, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, along with a gourmet kitchen fully equipped to host large groups. A fully outfitted bar area (alcohol not provided), a beautiful BBQ area with a large gas grill, and a spacious 20x40 ft pool with loungers and pool towels ensure an exceptional stay. The landscaped grounds include a tranquil moat filled with fish for your viewing pleasure.

The villa’s prime location provides easy access to the Turnpike and US-1, making it convenient to explore the Keys, Miccosukee Casino & Resort, Monkey Jungle, Coral Castle, Everglades Alligator Farm, Homestead Bayfront Park, Schnebly Winery, Fruit & Spice Park, Cinco de Mayo Park, Miami Speedway, and more.

Events are welcome with an additional fee based on guest count:
• Up to 75 guests: $5,000
• Up to 100 guests: $10,000
• Up to 150 guests: $10,500

Simply the best.

My extended family of 12 booked Casa Tranquila for a long weekend and loved every inch of the house. It’s such a unique experience outside of the hustle and bustle of Miami- gorgeous, peaceful, impeccably decorated. It real feels like you’re in an Italian villa. The house staff was so generous and kind to our hard-to-please crew. Everything was perfect and they made our weekend exceptional. Please send the peacocks our love! We miss them and will be back!

My family reunion was FANTASTIC!

From my 85-year-old dad all the way to my nephews in their twenties and thirties, they all loved “Casa Tranquila” (my dad even commented that it should be called “Casa Preciosa”). Due to my daughter’s wedding in a near-by venue, we all got together for a 3-day stay in this incredible property. Jeannine took care of us much in anticipation of our arrival by offering us continental breakfast (free of charge), showing us the property for our planning purposes, and making sure the property was impeccable and fully stocked at our arrival. My wife and I are so pleased with her. Upon arrival, everybody mentioned that we should have done the wedding at this place, absolutely gorgeous (pictures fall short). There were plenty of rooms (6 in the main house and 2 in the pool house) and they all have their own bathroom which was great for the privacy of each family. With lots of beautiful spots for gathering this will be for sure one of the most memorable family reunions we have ever had. Although my wife and I were hesitant on renting this property due to price, we’re so happy that we went ahead, seeing our family so pleased and enjoying every moment is priceless.

AMAZING place to stay! So beautiful and great communication! You must stay here!

We truly hit the jackpot with this property! We had another property cancel our reservation on us last minute but Jeannette opened her home up to us and showed us the best hospitality. We kept contact with any issues that came up (on my end, not hers) and she still accommodated my group and I however she could. I have never had such a sweet, caring host that feels like such a close friend just from talking. The outside grounds were beautiful and the house was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures don’t do this house justice between the antique decor, the paintings, the library, and more. I can’t even pick my favorite spot in the house because it was all incredible. You will not be disappointed if you book this property, guaranteed. I can’t wait to come back to Miami to try and snag this place again. Thank you Jeannette for everything you did for my family/friends and I. Our cancellation was the best case scenario because we got the better end of the deal! Hope to see you again soon!
