Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king-size bed and a Smart TV, offering a private and relaxing retreat.

Bedroom 2 includes a cozy queen-size bed and a Smart TV

Bedroom 3 also offers a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for additional guests.

Bedroom 4 is set up with bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed, ideal for groups

Bedroom 5 is an additional sleeping area featuring bunk beds with two single beds, providing flexible accommodations for larger groups.



All bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort, privacy, and flexibility, making this home ideal for families and group stays in Miami.

If you have extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area.



BATHROOMS

Both of the home's two full bathrooms boast luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Bathroom 1 sits off the main living area and has a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 also features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower.



KITCHEN

The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is a dining table with seating for six.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The private backyard features a sleek fire pit lounge area with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding under the string lights at golden hour. Guests can also enjoy a ping pong table and oversized lawn games, making it an ideal space for entertaining. Lush turf, modern stepping stone pathways, and tasteful landscaping create a clean, resort-like atmosphere for your group to relax and recharge.



We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles.

Same-Day Booking Policy

Please note: Same-day reservations require an additional $500 refundable deposit.

This deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 24 hours after check-out, pending a standard inspection.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.



Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating the house rules.
