  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Very nice, clean guest home. We had our privacy, even with the guesthouse being right behind the main house you didn't feel as though you were being watched or anything. The property was very nice as well.

Íntimo y acogedor

Un lugar perfecto para descansar y reponerte de un día arduo de trabajo o playa. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía libre de preocupaciones. Nuestra estadía fue para la fecha del Carnaval de la Calle 8, y después de un día de caminar, escuchar buena música y tomar Sol. Llegar a este pequeño Oasis fue espectacular.

Terrible place and lax host

Room had NO HOT WATER and air blower for hair DID NOT WORK. Worst place ever. Host refunded money to credit card I no longwr have. VRBO WORTHLESS.Says, Contact your bank. Ask for check. IT IS NO LONGER MY BANK. VRBO IS NOTHING BUT A HUGE STRESSOR. Go to Life House, Little Havana. A MILLION TIMES BETTER.

Pillows had hairballs and stains and the walls are full of lifted paint. Bathroom seems to have something on the roof not sure if it’s black mold since me and my wife had symptoms one day after we showered.

I loved the area and the pace first time in Miami with my girlfriend definitely good spots to go at in little Havana and eat around the corner From the place but overall when we visit fl again I definitely would like to stay again !!!

HAVANA HOUSE

This is a Great Property, I have stayed here twice. Once 2022 & 2023 I always stay here before I cruise out. I am also booked to stay here when I get back off the ship! May 7-9 It's just so convenient and JUST RIGHT for 2 ppl. Once again if you have kids or a party of more than 2 I cannot stress enough THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!! Really GREAT PLACE TO STAY for Couples or 2 Friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Needed work

Stayed here for after surgery with my mother. Home had black mold, shower did not stay warm, slippery driveway after surgery. Host was not personal able or friendly. Did not feel welcomed here but if you need a place to stay for a night it’s not bad would not recommend after surgery or a longer stay.

Cozy and perfect!

My wife and I could not have asked for a more communicative and welcoming host. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Great location and always street parking available. Very pleased with this selection!

Quite neighborhood

Spacious and comfortable however the bathroom was quite small. A little difficult to use toilet since sink is so close. No hand towels, no shower mat, no hand wash provided. Owner was a little rude when we asked questions how to enter property.

Nice place

Great spot. Close to everything. Bed was comfortable. Only problem was the shower. Never sure if water will be hot or cold. But it's 80 degrees so cold showers were not much of a problem.
