Our stay was pleasant enough. We had one issue. Upon check in, the woman asked if we were going on a cruise, and I said yes. She asked if we wanted to book a cruise transfer and I said no, we are actually leaving from FLL and will uber. About 20 minutes after we got to our room, she called and asked the same question, I gave the same answer. After checkout I saw on my receipt we were charged for the transfer. I did a chat with the front desk who stated this could not be removed since a spot was held for us. I disputed that, obviously, and the charge was eventually removed after he spoke to management. Mistakes happen and that’s fine, but being told I was going to have to pay for something I declined twice is the issue. Luckily, management did resolve it after some pushback. If not for the inconvenience I would have rated 5 stars.
