Welcome home to this wonderful, Superb, Luxurious, Executive & comfortable 2 storey home located in a great neighborhood in the Isles of the Oasis in Homestead. Beautifully landscaped yard. Living room & formal dining room are delightfully furnished. Gourmet kitchen has ceramic tile flooring, recessed lightning, granite counters, and breakfast bar. Ceramic tile bathroom floors and double sinks.The house comes with 60 ' TVs, Ceiling fans, Sonos Play 3 speakers in every room & Bose Sound Systems with Eero Wifi System & Airport Express for wireless music streaming. High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV and comfortably fits 8 people in 4 rooms and 10 people max. Beautiful and Spacious Garden. In close proximity to Turnpike Exit 2 and US 1 Highway. Biscayne National Park, Homestead Beach, Coral Castle, Everglades National Park, Homestead Speedway (NASCAR), The Keys, Dadeland Mall, Aventura Mall, Miami, Miami Beach.

There is a Bus Transportation that take guests to Kendall to join the Metro lines to Miami and the Airport. There is also an Enterprise Car Rental Services nearby that will pick guests up to rent a vehicle and drop you off after the return of the vehicle. Guests can also rent from the Airport and drop off the vehicles back to the airport. Long term rentals are welcome.

Guests are advised to keep the noise down, this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. No drinking in the rooms. No movement of the furniture.
No parties are allowed. Guests can smoke outside, but never inside the house. Dirty linen are to be placed in the laundry baskets in the laundry room
Failure to abide by these rules will result in eviction, grill is available on request and must be returned clean or $70 cleaning fee will be applied.

The Gem of the Oasis was perfect for our family of 7. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location was perfect as we were able to access the Keys, Miami, the Everglades..all things on our bucket list! Our host, Abey, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! This will be our new "home" should we venture to south Florida again! Thank you, Abey, for sharing your home with us!

We had an excellent stay at Abey’s home. The house was very clean and in a remarkably quiet and safe neighborhood (we counted 4 cops that live within a block of the house including right next door which made us feel very safe). The house is in a great location for exploring homestead and its many excellent restaurants as well as Everglades National Park and as a jumping off point for the keys. The house is also in a perfect location for visiting the speedway and Biscayne National Park, both of which are within 15 minutes. This is a beautiful home and Abey was very communicative and a great host. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Comfortable, clean home in a nice neighborhood. Responsive host, kitchen had everything we needed, appliances etc all worked well. There is no hot tub on this property, however, and that should be removed from the listing description! It was not a problem for our stay but is something for guests to be aware of.

a nice home, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood. LOVED that the neighborhood has three or four local policemen who reside in the community and they park their police cars at their homes when off duty - makes one feel VERY secure.

short get away

We had planned on 4 adults staying and two of the adults had plane cancelations that left them unable to attend. I understand the limits of a full refund and last minute but a token discount would have been a win-win deal. We got no discount. The most disappointing part of the house was the back-yard/patio area. It was not as the pictures showed at all and frankly, it was unusable. The carpet protector runners on the stairs were very ugly, obviously poorly installed and frankly a trip hazard. I would have rather seen some wear on the light colored carpet than nearly trip and fall or step on staples every time I went up/down the stairs. Not a good solution for that area.

Beautiful home close to Miami, the Keys, and the Evergaldes.

Abey's house was a great place for our family to gather and lodge for our stay near Miami. The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own large TV. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Kitchen and gathering areas all have the accoutrements one would expect. The bottled water in the fridge was a nice surprise. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay near Miami, but not in Miami.
