Exquisite Oceanfront Condo In Resort

Property is located on the ocean in a 4 star hotel resort with beautiful views of the ocean and city from the balcony . The hotel has one pool,two hot tubs ,tiki bar by the pool and a spa. There is a valet and concierge service for guests.The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , living and kitchen. The unit has been renovated and exquisitely furnished. You will be a 10 minute drive or bus ride from South Beach.
THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready. Guests have the use of two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool. The access is through the mezzanine level. GYM is available to guests. The renovations are complete
Parking is only valet. $35 a day for week days, $40 a day for weekends and weekly charge $175.Oversized vehicles-$50 weekends and $45 weekends.
A pack and play is available at a charge of $30 but is subject to availability.

The condo was very comfortable. We loved the beach and the view from the terrace was beautiful. We cooked breakfast and found the kitchen very functional.

Wonderful, wonderful host. Went over and beyond. Really should give this a five star because of her service but has a few days of Wi-Fi issues which led to interruptions with work on our trip. Other than that, the unit is wonderful and the views are perfect.

A great place to stay. The pools and proximity to the ocean were fantastic. It’s a little isolated without a car and the small store and lunch room were incredibly expensive.

Great Location! Close to beach!

Great location, nice and close to the beach. Two pools to choose from the upper level is more for adults. The room was spacious. Nice bathrooms First day or two had issues with elevator but resolved. Would go again.

Overall a great place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay the few days we were there. We had no idea how busy the area is, and this were not prepared for all the traffic. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the fact that our bracelet would not work that enabled us to open the door to get back to the hotel from the public beach. This was a problem for most everyone though,and should be addressed by the hotel staff.

Another Great Stay in Miami Beach

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The condo is in a great location. Great for walking or hopping on the Trolley. Gunjan is an awesome host. Super responsive and the condo is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to next year.

Birthday Trip

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s right by everything and close to ocean drive. Beautiful views and very clean. Hating the beach that close is marvelous! Two pools, a tiki bar, jacuzzi, restaurant inside. Everything was just beautiful! The host is wonderful and supplied everything we needed. Definitely recommend! I will be staying at this place again in the future.

Booked this 2 bedroom suite for my family to see Taylor Swift concert. Great location. We enjoyed the pool. Easy access to beach. Valet service was prompt. View was great form the balcony. A few lights were out and mgmt was very prompt to fix. A picky thing but Would love to see the beautiful lights shine brighter (need Dusting). Would I stay here again - yes.

Great place, Great host

Silky smooth check in/out process. An absolutely amazing, responsive and gracious host. One of best I’ve ever had! Condo is cozy and nicely appointed. Conveniently located on the beach/boardwalk with full access to the properties amenities-pools, wave runners etc. Lyft/Uber super cheap in Miami and extremely fast. Definitely a redo for us! Thanks Gunjan for an amazing stay.

Miami Beach

Wonderful place at The Alexander! Place is as described, very clean, and secure. Property is in a great location, with both beach and pool access. Security guards are at both the main entrance to the resort and at the back entrance to pool. Certainly would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. There is a nice convenience store on the lobby level. No outside food or beverages are allowed at the pool however you can purchase food and drinks by the pool, they a little on the expensive side but good.

Enjoyed our stay!

We just stayed here 5 nights and worked out very well for us. Apartment was very clean and as advertised. Location was good. Easy checkin and walked to some restaurants in nearby hotels which was convenient.
