The Space:

Escape to our cozy studio, where comfort meets convenience in a space designed for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a sparkling swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a charming on-site bistro. Take advantage of the complimentary beach shuttle, making it easy to visit Hallandale Beach, just a short ride away. We’ve got you covered with complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs, so you can unwind by the ocean in style. For a bit of adventure, rent bikes and explore the vibrant Hallandale Beach neighborhood at your own pace. The Beachwalk Resort is more than just a place to stay—it's your gateway to the best of South Florida.



Relax in our inviting studio, featuring two cozy full-size beds for a restful stay. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom and step outside to a private balcony where you can take in scenic views. For your comfort and convenience, the room is equipped with a TV for entertainment and complimentary toiletries to enhance your experience. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploration or enjoying a peaceful morning, this studio offers a perfect retreat. Please note that this unit type does not include a kitchen. If you would like access to a kitchen, we recommend booking one of our 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments instead.



While each unit offers the same spacious and stylish layout with all the amenities you expect, the floor level and views of the surrounding area may differ depending on availability. You are welcome to message me with any floor and view preferences you may have. While I will do my best to accommodate your request, please note that it is not guaranteed and will be subject to availability at the time of your check-in.

- Beach: a complimentary beach shuttle running every 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it will take 8 minutes to get to the beach.

Beach service is offered by Etaru Beach Club, located in front of Lyfe Resort. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels.



The Neighborhood:

Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

Uber, rental cars and cabs are recommended while the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants are available within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
