Spend the evenings sipping your favorite cocktail on our backyard patio area while grilling with your group. Don't forget to see who is the mini-golf master on our 5-hole course. Fully gated property with plenty of privacy.

The lawn care company comes on Thursdays.
This apartment is in an up and coming, working class neighborhood 2 miles North of the Design District in Wynwood. Walgreens is right next door, super convenient to grab household items.
