Great location on South Beach, a short walk to the beach across the street. The apartment was very clean and looked newly renovated. Wished it had some kitchen essentials such as soap, trash bags, paper towel, but otherwise a nice place to stay for a few days.

Location Great, Amenities/Essentials Lackluster

I’ve never left a bad review before and I don’t like being negative but I need to be honest. Location wise this place is great. You’re right across from Miami Beach. If you’re only using this place to sleep you’ll be okay. But if you really want to use the place and cook meals, take showers, make it useable it’s not that. Nothing was stocked. We had to buy paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soaps, garbage bags, cooking spray, seasonings like salt and pepper, etc. In addition the stove didn’t work so they only had a portable cooktop that took forever to get hot. The water never got hot in one of the showers. Only two towels per bathroom and no hand towels. It also only had one towel to dry dishes. The Wi-Fi didn’t work 90% of the time. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were really dirty (and not comfortable at all). Parking isn’t great. I had to negotiate to get 3 days of valet and then had to pay 85 for two more days (parking garage a few blocks down). Even the valet was bad - took forever to get the vehicle and they forgot numerous times.Again if you don’t care about these things and you just want to party in south beach cool, but it’s not a place to do anything other than that.

Great Location on SouthBeach

We stayed this property for five days. We had a great time and really spent most of the time outside of the condo. The great parts about this condo or its location and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom common areas are limited, but a face for a vacation where you’re not going to be eating in the or hanging out in a living area much. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. When we arrived, the condo was clean to an acceptable standard with the minor opportunities to improve the cleanliness of the bed linens and a few minor misses in the bathrooms but not a huge deal. Oh no, we had a great time staying at this location and would recommend it for groups looking for a convenient place to stay during their South Beach vacation
