"Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. "

"Great hotel in a busy area. All you need nearby with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The free beach club is great. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet gave a good variety of options. All staff were friendly and efficient and always willing to assist. The lobby bar would benefit from being an adult only area in the evening. "Booked this hotel so I could go swimming on my birthday only to find out when we arrived the pool was closed. We had a fire alarm at 4am as some one on the floor below couldn’t go the night without smoking and the hotel was filled with drunk people running around the corridors and the front desk would do nothing about it."
