"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect.
Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater.
Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings.
Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"Do not go there. They pretend to be a 4 star hotel but they are not. No room service everyday, no AC working, room was very hot and not enjoyable to stay, no TV for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay, very poor internet, works barely sometimes. Had to go to reception to ask for towels, for shampoo, for toilet paper! It’s a 2 star hotel max. Unfriendly staff and poor attendance. Used to go there when it was olivarius and it was just perfect. Now with new management and their new name Cowool, quality...

"We arrived 2 hours after check in and our room was not ready, they wanted us to just leave our luggage (we had reservations so we couldn’t do this). The iron in the room was broken. Then we put our suitcase on the floor only to see there was a huge puddle of water on the floor. The checkout guy was also super rude (not sure why, we were only handing keys back in?!) This was the only non boutique hotel we stayed in France and I would never recommend it"

"Very convenient property to stay at. Lovely staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that Uber eats or Uber taxi couldn’t get to our hotel because there was construction on the bridge. We figured out the metro that was close by and used that. Also the height of balcony fence was a bit short for younger children in my opinion but still standard. Highly recommend"
