Your accommodation turned out to be a big disappointment:-The hot water system broke down twice and we all had to shower in cold water on two occasions.-The fridge was not cold when we arrived and, after your staff attended to it, the inside of the fridge leaked constantly – each shelf was full of water every morning and we had to use cloths and towels to mop it up. Some of our food was spoiled, too.-The toilets blocked frequently and sometimes the flushing system didn’t work and we had to attend to that ourselves.-The water pressure in the kitchen sink was particularly weak, making it difficult for us to wash dishes effectively. It was also weak in one of the bathroom basins.Further to the above, some other issues that we encountered:-The safe was locked on our arrival, so we could not use it.-The hot water takes up to three minutes to arrive in the bathroom taps.-Some windows in the apartment do not lock.-The bed linen is of poor quality.-The towels in two of the bathrooms are cheap and non-absorbent.-There should be instructions in the apartment as to how the TV and the safe work.-The carpet in the bedroom without a bathroom is filthy.-The electrical items in the kitchen are of poor quality.-The drains in the apartment had a foul smell continuously.In light of the above and the discomfort that it caused us, we believe that it would be reasonable for you to consider a part refund.I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
