Welcome to this Californian colonial-style mansion, designed to provide a blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Located just three blocks from the Angel de la Independencia, this spacious home is ideal for large groups, offering ample space to relax and connect.

Living Areas: The mansion’s main living room is a warm, inviting space featuring plush leather sofas, eclectic artwork, and elegant lighting. This area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering as a group.

Dining Room: Enjoy memorable meals in the formal dining room, with seating for up to 10 guests beneath a vintage chandelier. An adjacent lounge area provides a cozy spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The common area's were amazing in this property but the bathrooms and kitchen need major updates. The bathrooms especially were very run down with rotted counter tops and toilets that didn’t flush properly.
