Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Hotel Puerta Reforma has a lot of potential, but sadly, it's clear the property has been neglected by its owner or management. There is no lobby, and the only person on-site is Victor, a kind and hardworking maintenance worker who was doing everything he could—but with no support from above.
The decor was modern and tasteful, and the apartment had everything we needed. For a family of five, having 2.5 bathrooms was a huge plus. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by major issues.
Our bedroom ceiling began to leak from two corners, and no one from management could be reached. I spent nearly three hours on virtual chat with Expedia, and finally got a live agent, but by then we were exhausted and frustrated. Eventually, Victor was able to reach the manager, who offered to move us into another unit that also had a leak—but claimed it was "not as bad." They couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to stay in a second flooded apartment.
We were finally able to be relocated to another hotel.
The communication from property management was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend staying here even on my worst enemy.
