In Masaryk Avenue you will find all world reknown boutiques, it's also know as Rodeo Drive of Mexico City.

In Polanquito you will be able to enjoy excellent restaurants and cozy bars, amazing galleries and books stores (ask for our recommendation list).

If you also are into shopping, we have plenty of shopping centres in the area: Antara and Miyana Shopping centres, you also have Plaza Carso its also close by, which has a theatre with broadway plays, Cinepolis with VIP cinemas, restaurants, Soumaya and Jumex museum.

Since the apartment it's centrally located, you have access to all the other points of interest in the city and its outskirts via Uber or even public transportation.

Enjoy autonomous and secure access to the apartment using a personal code for the electronic lock. As per the building administration safety and security rules and regulations, upon your arrival, we will be there to welcome you and assist with the registration process at the condo's front desk (our housekeeper must be there to grant you access to the tower). They will kindly request an ID for identification purposes and provide you with an ID card, granting you convenient access each time you return.

Please note that due to the building administration rules, amenities are only available for guests staying 30 nights or longer.

This apartment offers a seamless blend of style and convenience. Relax in the living room with a 55" UHD Smart TV and in the Bedroom a 43" UHD Smart TV (cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime remember to bring your login details), or enjoy meals in the dining area for four. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The bedroom features a Memory Foam Queen-size bed , and a double sofa bed is available in the living room. A walk-in closet provides ample storage space.

Most of the attractions in the area are walking distance, however, Uber service is great and will allow you to get in an out of Polanco with ease. Upon your arrival, we will be there to welcome you and assist to register at the front desk with a valid photo ID. Guests staying less than 30 days will receive a building access card in exchange for their ID. Stays longer than 30 days require biometric registration.
For security, the building has 24/7 private security and cameras in common areas (parking garage, elevators, hallways, and perimeter). There are no cameras inside the apartment.
