"This condo is super cute. Very fun decor and new updated features/fixtures. Very family friendly area. Not very touristy; not a lot of things to do around Mexico beach but that is what we liked about it. Just hitting the beach every day."

"We had such a wonderful time staying in this condo. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are very comfy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very convenient to the beach. "My family and I had a great experience vacationing here over the last few days. We saw lots of fireworks from the beach. The location is easy access to the water, with ocean views from the balcony. Very spacious rooms. The master shower is huge! I would advise stopping at the grocery store and stocking up because there’s only a small mom and pop shop in town and the prices are a lot higher than a bigger grocery store. "The property is the perfect size for a family of four ( 2 parents and 2 kids under the age of 10). Parking underneath the unit is perfect for unloading and loading with plenty of space to open doors for car seats! "The property was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed all three levels of outdoor spaces. I can’t think of anything that I would change. Killer Seafood across the street was amazing and there were several other food trucks within walking distance. It was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we look forward to going back. "

"Clean and feet from the ocean. Owner is SUPER responsive. The AC unit went out the first night we where there and she had the repair guy there the next morning at 8am aand it was fixed with in 30 min and never gave us anymore problems. This is a GREAT rental."

"We were a group of 8 —- 2 seventy-plus grandparents, two parents in 40’s & 4 teens, ages . The townhouse was the perfect size for us, and the decor was very nice. We enjoyed the beach —- a very close walk—sunbathing, swimming, playing beach ball and fishing. Also we cooked all but one meal! Highly recommend—- perfect accommodations for families!"

"This was a mom and daughter trip after the passing of my husband 11/2024, the cottage was perfect and very cozy and had everything we needed to cook, they even supply laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Check in was easy and the owner was very accessible and pleasant to deal with even though we had no issues. The beach is very close and just a short walk. We would definitely recommend the cottage and gladly stay again. "
