"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return."

The only downside is that we expected at least a gas pump, as every time we travel, and we only found a microwave, it was sad. "What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. "Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. "
