On the 1st floor of a building, we provide a completely renovated apartment of 40 m2 for your short, medium and long stays in Metz.
The accommodation includes: an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen open to the living room to enjoy your loved ones while making your good dishes, a bedroom and a bathroom.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed that can accommodate 2 people. In the living room, you will have a convertible sofa that can also accommodate 2 people. We therefore have 4 beds in the apartment. Whether you come in 2, 3 or 4, this is the ideal apartment for you.

Wifi, bath towels, tea, several TV channels are offered to you free of charge.

The accommodation is close to all amenities namely: the Muse shopping center, the Le Match supermarket, the Pompidou center, Metz center and the train station ....

Everything is ready to welcome you, just put your bags down and take full advantage of your stay.

Major Communication/Language Barrier Issues

This property has issues with communication!!! I waited outside to check-in due to French language issues... even though I had 2 phones to try to interpret French with my google app. it was still so off that I never fully appreciated this apartment. The shower drain was plugged to the point of the water leaking over the floor within 3 mins. of beginning shower... I asked for a plunger and never got a response. ALSO; the initial communication was poor as well. Checking in instructions were so poor I was left isolated inside the hallway calling for anyone's help. Ringing doorbells on 2 floors due to poor directions. Then, finally finding the lockbox where the code didn't work for several tries... I'm new to travel so some of this might be my inexperience but even with a translator, I would have likely had issues... The language barrier made this entire experience a sad state of affairs. Prompt response was also lacking... It is my hope that these managers will learn to overcome the language barrier by using their OWN google app to assist with future communication. The apartment itself was mostly well maintained with the exception of the shower mentioned above.

wie buchstabiere ich SAUBERKEIT ??? An der fehlte es ganz gewaltig - Bestecke dreckig, Küche insgesamt versifft, Töpfe und Pfannen unbenutzbar ..... Da hilft auch die super Lage nicht mehr.

Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Great location…but…A neighbour had to let us in as process to enter building failed. Unfortunately there were no instructions to deal with rubbish, linen. The kitchen was not clean and dirty sponge, t- towel were unhealthy. We had to buy new pans to cook food, as apartment ones could not be used as in really poor condition. Bath towels are old and marked so we re washed them before use. Many repairs required but only told about them day before our stay. Most importantly toilet seat broken, shower door not designed to close - so can’t be fixed, shutters with chains a risk to catch your fingers and power shutter broken in the shut position in the lounge room. Parking has also been misrepresented, it needs to say ‘on street paid’ parking approx 13 euros a day just so we were expecting it. This whole experience was disappointing for the cost of the stay and we are not fussy people, just wanted it cleaner. Feedback some items to the host eg: block sink in bathroom and apologised about the rubbish being left and she called us disrespectful which upset us as this was not our intention. This apartment needs some investment to deserve the price. Our 3 night stay in Metz was tarnished.

le volet du séjour ne s'ouvre pas . Impossibilité de régler le chauffage .(gaspillage) Matériel de cuisine usagé (1 seule casserole), pas de bouilloire électrique ,de petites cuillères, de serviette pour les mains ,de torchon à vaisselle Une théière serait bienvenue Des réparations sont à prévoir: meuble de salle de bains, flexible de douche, lunette des WC, tiroirs de la .commode du placard de chambre

Agréable

Appartement bien équipé, propre, bien situé: gare, musée Pompidou proches, centre ville à une vingtaine de minutes en marchant tranquillement. Excellent séjour. Je recommande.
