"Great apartment in a great location. Plenty of outdoor summer and winter activities. Only thing to note is that the spa pools are right outside the bar so in peak season you certainly wont have any privacy. Still a great asset especially at the price point."

"The apartment is set within easy walking to the Methven Village, the hot pools and the Methven walking route. The bus to get up to the Mt Hutt ski field came into the Brinkley area and was good timing to get to the ski field as the lifts opened. "

"The floor creeks and noise was mental. Couldnt sleep till people above us stopped walking around. Parts of the floor sounded like it was about to cave in. The cleaners miss alot and dont move furniture to clean or go above where they cant reach obviously as alot of bugs stuck on walls up in corners, heaps of dust and bugs on the oven rangehood and top of fridge. Rubbish left under furniture. Its a lovely place so should be kept to its best standards that it holds. Playground on the grounds...
