"The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. "We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise.
