Experience Mesquites warm weather and beautiful sunsets with views of the Virgin MT. This condo is surrounded by golf courses. Mesquite features seven championship golf courses within 10 minutes of each other. Casinos, Spas and great dining waits you in Mesquite. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

This three bedroom condo features an on site swimming pool & spa , fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, full-sized washer & dryer and more.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass.

It was decent, we ran out of garbage bags, they only gave us 2.. we also only had 1 wash cloth for the bathroom. I also wish there would have been a couple things for the kids to do. There was a bag of cards, but they weren’t full decks, and 1 board game. Other than that there was plenty of room for us, and it was clean! So I can’t complain much.

This property worked great for our group and was well stocked. The carpet is close to needing replacement but clean. Parking is limited if you have more than one car. Overall a nice property.

This condo was great, had all the necessary item and even had a welcome gift. Only negative is the pool area is small, so it was very crowded. We had to go to casa Blanca for the pool area.

Great place

It was very clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen also has plenty of towels for bath and pool. There were a few games even blow up pool toys. Pool was freezing and hot tub jets didn't work. Property management told us there was a TV in every room when I messaged them prior to our stay to ask that specifically. There's only a TV in 1 bedroom and 1 in the living room. We would still stay here again if we come back to Mesquite. The unit itself was wonderful!

Nice home away from home!

We had a great stay here! Home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are a good size. We liked having a covered parking spot right outside the unit. Great communication from the management group as well. Would definitely stay here again!
