Centre de Belles Arts de Mesquite

Very big building, with very bad services.

Love love love this hotel I literally stay here once a month

When we checked in a King bed wasn’t available. We got two queens. Really no biggie…. When we walked into the room it was soooo hot! We just thought the AC was turned off. Kicked it on and no problem. The next three mornings we woke up to a 90° room. After speaking to three different people on three separate days they finally cane and swapped out the thermostat. Worked after that! Overall enjoyed the casino, pool and pool bar staff was great, restaurants were great. Just felt like they could have handled our room situation differently. We had blue tape everywhere so you could tell that it was newly renovated but I think hadn’t had the final walk. They made right by giving us a small credit towards the total cost. We will stay again I’m sure.
