"I am visiting Uzbekistan from Japan and staying at this hotel in Samarkand for 4 nights starting October 13, 2026. Apparently, the hotel just opened in May 2026. Everything is brand new and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The art objects decorated throughout the hotel are also very lovely and fascinating. The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The courtyard pool has a wonderful resort feel and is good maintenance —it looks great during the day, but I...

"Clean room, maid cleaned room everyday no matter when I left the room, Good massages and amenities. Good food at hôtel restaurant with a variety of food choices which was a break from same old same old offered outside. It was great!"

"This was one of the cleanest and best run hotels I have ever stayed in. A+ from beginning to end. My work makes me a professional traveler, so having suffered through a lot of hotels etc. generally I am pretty critical. An A+ for me is top of the line. Whole room looked brand spanking new. And the STAFF! I...

"De kamer werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Aardig personeel maar niet altijd even competent. Al met al prima hotel."

"Ein Ort , wo kein Mensch dort leben kann. Es gab nur Dreck, WC war nur schrecklich unhygienisch. "

"Clean room, humble and courteous staff, timely and breakfast."

"This property is not located at the address mentioned on the website. It’s far away from the location shown. The actual address is Tanovor ko chasi 155, opposite to Joni Osh Restaurant. It’s very close to Samarkand city(Musical fountain and Park) this not the real Samarkand city, it’s a park build by the name Samarkand city which is far away from the main city. No one speaks English there. Clean property."

"Excellent location. But the best part of this hotel is the staff. What great people!"

"Horrible customer service no one speaks English some kids working have no clue what they doing. They dont partner with expedia. Asked us to pay cash on top because they have no access to expedia."
