"Property wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Hair strands all over the place. The bathroom shower didn’t make sense at all, water was just running all over the place everytime after showering. I was charged extra upon arrival for the extra guests. Location is decent, close to everything by car. "

"Entering the courtyard from the street did it. There was nothing that could take away from this property. The courtyard lined with vegetation, the views of the mountains and the sea, along with the table for two next to the entrance, spoke true culture. Breakfast and coffee overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is ultra-relaxing. I can retire and live out my days there. "

"This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. First of all, our hotel guide Vivian was amazing. She organised everything and anything we needed very quickly. In addition we were able to keep the room nice and cool in our cave room with the air conditioning and had plenty of space for everything, form a nice spacious bedroom, to kitchen, living room, bathroom and vanity area. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quieter luxury place outside of Fira and Oia,"

"We loved staying here. We had our two young children with us and it was the perfect size for all of us. We didn't realize how big it it really was until we got there and we were pleasantly surprised. The grounds and suite are kept in great shape. You walk in and it feels and smells brand new. We loved that it was walking distance to some restaurants, a market and the car rental that we rented our car from. Jacob, our host was so welcoming and communicated everything thoroughly and efficiently....

"The rooftop views were amazing. Be careful of slippery floors in bathroom! The cave room experience was really cool, but be prepared that the Wi-Fi is unstable at times.. The host was responsive to my questions and his recommendations were great! The location of our room was minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. Our rooftop view had the best view of caldera.. our group was for 4. Be sure you are aware the the second bedroom is accessed by going up a ladder! May not be suitable...

"Nefeli homes was the best stay we had in Santorini. Our room had the best view and the views from the hotel pool is also amazing! The area is nice quiet local area and easy drive away from the main tourist areas. Only negative part for us was that our hot tub didn't work and that was the main reason for booking this particular place"

"Great location, spacious room and delicious breakfast. We booked the honeymoon suite which had a fantastic view of the caldera from the balcony. Staff members were awesome. Sophia, Anil and Oia were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. It didn’t work. However Sophia was kind enough to allow us use the hot tub of one of the other rooms which was unoccupied. Overall great experience."
