"I stayed here for the weekend while visiting my daughter at CMU. Super clean and comfortable with lots of room. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Mike was extremely gracious with an early check in since I arrived a little earlier than expected and super prompt with any messages or requests we sent. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This was the third leg of our Colorado trip. Tres Chivos is a great property tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay stress free. The owners are kind and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Thank you!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing...

"I loved the stay, thought the place was very nice and well kept. Larger than what you would get at a hotel. Glenda was very helpful, accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend if youre staying in the Grand Junction area."

"There aren’t enough stars to give this home. Everything about it was top notch. Kitchen well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. beds super comfortable, plenty of towels. Home was spotless. We were on a fly fishing trip but rain run off made it tough. House is.close to Delta restaurants, Black Canyon, & Grand Mesa. Lots to do if you don’t fish. Would not hesitate to come back."

"Always a pleasure. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the Colorado River Walk. Adam and his wife stock the house with many organic items. It is vey clean and spacious. We have been here many times for the great hiking and Pallisade peaches. "
