The interior of the space was comfortable and spacious for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear David and Deese take great care to keep the property clean and in good repair. "Every year my family and I meet up at new places, this year was GJ. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was so big! It easily accommodated all 8 of us. There were tons of beds and space for everyone. The kids spent most days in the pool, we fished in the pond. Played on the grass. Played cards out on the patio at night. It was perfect for what we wanted to do! Nicole was extremely responsive, there was some repair on the HVAC unit and she was extremely accommodating, and did her best not to...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. We look forward to staying at Tres Chivas next summer."

Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. "

"We were a couple in our 50's, from East Coast visiting relatives. This house was perfect for us. The location is very nice and very safe. The supplies and utensils were better than we expected. We had one very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend. "
