"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend...

"The condo was well appointed and spacious. Personal preference, but for us, the beds were really soft. We found them uncomfortable but we're used to firmer. The listing didn't mention the washer and dryer in the unit but when I inquired, they responded quickly. The pool are was nice but definitely needs more seating. More than one table(let alone the only umbrella) would be good. Over all, I would highly recommend. "

"Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat...

"We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!"

"Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. "

"the place was perfect. great view of river. able to see SpaceX taking off. great pool but only 1 table with an umbrella. the bed in the master bedroom was concave in the middle and very difficult to get out of. only a blender was found - no crock pot or electric hand mixer. no great metal baking dishes. all in all I would stay there again but the kitchen could use more small appliances. also no kitchen hand towels. I had to use white ones from the bathroom"
