Private and tranquil, this 3 bedroom holiday home offers relaxing holiday accommodation with ocean views. There is plenty of off street parking, even room to bring your boat and enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Merimbula waters.

Located on fabulous Long Point, fronting ocean reserve to Merimbula Wharf and Merimbula Bay with a short 5 min walk to Long Point whale watching lookout.
Wake up to early fishing boats heading out or lay in bed and take in the beautiful views.

Beautiful Merimbula is renowned for glorious beaches and lakes, beautiful bushland and National Parks with an abundance of native flora and wildlife, whale watching (September to November), boating and fishing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, canoeing, golfing on the many surrounding courses, or exploring the many local markets. Enjoy a scenic flight, fresh seafood lunch or catch up with the latest movies at the cinema.

Cordova offers a large backyard with private BBQ where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the kids play. There is even something for your next winter holiday - enjoy a relaxing day in watching movies by the slow combustion wood fire.

Cordova provides for accommodation to 6 people, and includes 1 Queen bedroom, 2nd queen bedroom, and 3rd bunk (double bunk) bedroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, Large Flat screen smart TV, DVD, free Wifi, r/c Air-conditioning and laundry with washing machine & ironing facilities.

Located within a short 5 min walk to beautiful Bar Beach (perfect for the kids and fabulous Bar Beach Cafe), Middle Beach and Short Point beaches. Beautiful panoramic views of Merimbula Bay (see photos), make Cordova your next holiday home away from home!

*** There is a lot of native wildlife including Kangaroos and native birds.**Please note this property is NOT PET FRIENDLY and any droppings are from the local kangaroo's and wallabies that freely roam our beautiful yard

HOUSE RULES
- Check in after 3:00PM
- Check out before 10:00AM
- Maximum guests allowed overnight = 6 in total, with strictly no more than 4 Adults
- Strictly NO PETS
- Strictly no events or parties. To comply with NSW Govt STRA Policy all Unruly, Misbehaving and Disruptive guests will be vacated immediately.
- No smoking in or on premises
- No camping allowed on the grounds
- Charging of guests electric vehicles at Cordova is monitored and strictly not permitted.
- EV Charging is available in Merimbula 24hrs per day at Middys Electrical Merimbula, 202 Arthur Kaine Drive Merimbula. Bookings not required, and at time of writing, is free.
- **NOTE - Excessive cleaning will be charged to guests accounts**

Cordova so cosy and easy to relax in - walk to wharf and boardwalk - lovely front with lawn and can spy wildlife - excellent kitchen and new washing machine - a very comfortable bed - we had a great two weeks

Cordova is lovely house at a great location in Merimbula. Walks and beach nearby and we had 4 Kangaroos visiting the back yard in the evening. We had a great time.

Host was lovely. Nice walk to beachside cafe and aquarium restaurant. Bonus chicken pecking on the window glass and saw some kangaroos in the backyard, one with a large Joey!

We had a wonderful stay at Cordova. The house was perfect for our needs. In particular we loved the easy access to the beautiful nearby beaches and the wonderful wharf cafe and aquarium just 5minutes walk away.

We found everything as we expected (as advertised). My only criticism is that bath towels were not provided, although this was made clear to us in the "welcome" letter. We ended up having to go to town to buy them, as we forgot to bring our own.

Cordova was such an unexpected little gem. We had a great stay, the property was clean and tidy, beds were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The views were so gorgeous and location to Bar Beach and the town was really convenient along the boardwalk. Thanks to host Kirsten

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and 2yr old son, we all loved it! The view is beautiful, the house was really easy to keep clean and had everything we needed. There is a lovely walking track only 100m up the street to an amazing headland lookout over the ocean. It also a short walk to the coastline boardwalk which runs all the way to town. Would recommend this stay to anybody looking to stay in beautiful Merimbula!
