"This house is perfect for families. Having a high chair and a pack-in-play was awesome for my granddaughter. I only wish there was a baby gate for the stairs, but we improvised and made it work. The first night we were so uncomfortable on the king bed. It squeaked, it sagged and was terrible. We called Braidyn (sorry if I spelt that wrong) and he came out and immediately fixed it. "This home and property is amazing for a family or friend gathering/stay. The house is very well set up for adults and kids. It is well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Amenities: Park right outside gate is one of a kind and provides endless entertainment. The backyard and porch for gathering was spacious and well set up. We were able to grill and watch baseball games (which our fam loves), along with sit in the hot tub. Amazing experience, home, and property. "

"The house was nice and clean. Easy to find and get to. We found a little playground we could walk to just a block down the street. All in all great stay. It would have been nice to have a TV in our room as my wife likes to fall asleep to a show, but that's not too big of a deal to us. All around great experience."

"This felt much safer and more secure than a hotel for younger students. We really enjoyed all the extra space. You should probably know that the main bathrooms are between bedrooms so they aren’t easily shared with people not allowed in those particular rooms. There isn’t really a shower accessible to the two queen room without going into someone else’s room. That would be the only advantage to a hotel. Better privacy. The master is so beautiful. The host was AMAZING! We almost had to rent...

"This was the perfect stay for our family! The host was so fast with communication and set up for everything we didn't even know we needed! We didn't have infants but I loved that there was a high chair and playpen available for those that do, as well as a small dog door to the back yard.
