Great place to stay with family

We booked this for a family wedding, and had 12 people, adults and kids staying here. It was absolutely perfect, and had everything we needed for a fun, family filled trip. The house was in a great location, with plenty of things nearby, easy access to downtown, and was great for our kids. We would absolutely book again!

Good House and location geographically.Lot of LED bulbs were out …. Had to change all bulbs in master vanity fixtures as none of them worked.No light bulb working over the stairs or the front walkway outside.

Wonderful home for family spring break

I rented this house for my kids, grandkids and myself over spring break. It was a great location, central to many things in the Boise area. The house itself was fantastic, with features that appealed to the different age ranges of our group. It is large, open and bright, has a well appointed kitchen and plenty of areas for our group to spread out. The managers were great to work with when I had some changes that came up to the original plan. Would gladly stay here again!

My review is for "Spacious 5-Bedroom Retreat with Pool Access” not "The Dream Home | 5 bedroom | Meridian ID HOT TUB” — it is managed by the same company, Premium Rentals. On 7/31/24 the host told me “The Dream Home" was no longer available for our stay from 8/4-8/9, which had been paid in full ($3,856.23). Premium Rentals provided an alternative house, “Spacious 5-Bedroom" and transferred our booking. I called them and asked for compensation due to the inconvenience and loss of amenities. On 8/1, they told me they would issue a refund and I received $444.00 back. Premium Rentals then canceled this original booking. They said they couldn’t provide a new VRBO listing and said we didn’t have to pay anything extra, they’d just change the house we were staying at. Premium Rentals told me the transfer to another house was an upgrade, when in fact we were downgraded. Amenities lost: - 1 full bedroom + bed (someone had to sleep on a couch and air mattress because of this) - 1 full bath (“Spacious 5-Bedroom has 2.5 baths, not 3) - Mother-in-law suite on the main level - hot tub - large backyard with trampoline, and chickens (how fun would that have been?!) - play loft area for kids (our family had 4 young kids + an infant and we were greatly looking forward to a play space for them) - nice balcony off the main bedroom upstairs - closer parks and pool access I can’t believe that $444 equates to all those lost amenities… very disappointed :(

Fabulous 40th! Stay

We rented this lovely property for my 40th birthday to celebrate with our family in Idaho and bring our family from California all together. It was so close to everything and such a great location. The layout of the house was great and accommodated four adults and six kids. The backyard was amazing for the kids to play and then head over to the community pool. Especially with the heat wave we had while we were there. The only hiccup was the office that can be converted to a guest room downstairs doesn’t have curtains to block from the inside of the house into the room, so it wasn’t as private as we thought for bedtime lights with kids. However, everything was great and the hosts were wonderful about responding if we had any questions. We would 100% would stay here again and recommend it to all friends.

Great Stay at Boise

Our Crew of 5 Men Stayed here to work over at Albertsons stadium. The Place was Perfect for us. It was great place to come home to after a long day of work. This is house Perfect for big groups if your looking for Spacious space. We will definitely be back again.

Family Christmas Vacation

We could not have asked for a better set up for a family of 3 generations. Our 4 grandkids were in 7th Heaven with the game room, the backyard and the proximity to a Park. The kitchen was perfect for our large group & easy to navigate. The bedrooms offered a variety of sleeping arrangements for us to choose from and the common rooms were comfortable for our entire group.

Incredible stay for young family

I cannot express how perfect this home is for young families. We have 6 children and its difficult for us to find a home that accommodates our diverse needs, look no firther than this house! The touches were amazing, the community, the outdoor amenities, the proximity to parks and restaurants, etc. Would stay here again hands down!
