"We stayed from July 1st to the 5th. Everything was perfect when we arrived. When we tried the television it wasn’t set up properly. We received help; management came and the only way we could use it was to have 2 remotes. We had trouble several times and had to call. Management was never able to set up with one remote. Staying 5 days with 3 people, our room was never cleaned; we had to ask every day for more towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, or we got them ourselves. Waste...

"Stephanie is absolutely delightful! Wonderful knowledge of the community and the history of Oaklawn Inn and Menominee in general. This is a charming and thoughtful bed-and-breakfast. Speaking of breakfast… it was great! A special bonus is the large wraparound screen porch with lots of comfortable seating. We will be back in September and we’re going to book now. "

"Oxbow was great! We enjoyed live music and great drinks and apps at the Lakely. Riley and Jason were fun to talk to and gave us great drinks! Major bonus is that Oxbow let's you use bikes, helmets, locks for free. We toured around Eau Claire for a couple hours Saturday morning. Great fun!!! Their fun gimmick is you can listen to records in the room. We enjoyed some throw back Led Zepplin as we packed up. Ended our visit w a trip to Lazy Monk. Great visit all around."

"Lots of room for socializing. Cozy atmosphere. There are mini fridges in each. There is one microwave per floor (2 total). The coffee is provided in the lobby as part of the grab and go breakfast. There’s no coffee machine in each room. There is a gas station across the street and couple of restaurants. We had a Roku Tv in our room and were able to log into all of our home accounts. There were coloring books and crayons and some other books for people to use in the lobby area."

"We had problems with walk in shower. the staff said the would make it right and credit one night. It never happened and they didn't tell us until after they checked us out. and they wouldn't give us any paperwork."
