We are located on the second line of the most beautiful beach in the Yucatan Riviera! The sea is a combination of the turquoise colors of the Caribbean and the emerald green of the Gulf of Mexico and you can enjoy it walking very few steps.
Villa Silvia is a spacious house with a cozy and spacious design, it is 1 single floor with 5 bedrooms on the second line of the beach. We are located in Chicxulub, 10 minutes from Puerto Progreso and 30 minutes from the City of Merida. The house has been family owned for many years and is fully equipped, has parking for up to 6 cars, covered terraces and private pool. We recommend renting a car to enjoy restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the port of Chicxulub or Puerto Progreso.

The location is Carretera Chicxulub Kilometro 13. At the entrance of the road there are 3 signs (sun and moon) (flamingos) (fam ceballos orozco). On the road there are convenience stores, gas station, beverage services, basic restaurants. 5 minutes away is the Port of Chicxulub with shops and wider services and 10 minutes away is Puerto Progreso with its large boardwalk, nightlife, large supermarkets and all the necessary services for a very happy stay.
We highly recommend renting a car. You can order local taxis in Chicxulub, Uber service is very slow
