We had a great stay with the family at Mark's place. We walked into a very clean house with almost everything we needed for our stay (there were no dish towels or washclothes). The pool and hot tub were also clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. And the kids loved the arcade room! The house was set off from the main street so it was very quiet but it was really close to downtown Meredith. We would absolutely stay here again.

Què li ha agradat: Entrada
We love Meredith and typically go there yearly since there are a number of things we like to do in the area. The house itself was great as was the Wi-Fi, location with just minor issues. The game room was a nice addition. We were excited driving down; however, I received multiple communications regarding what not to do on the property. I understood the purpose, but kept seeing $$$ figures of what we owed if something went wrong , After that, we decided not to use the hot tub. I think I would have preferred that info ahead of time because it can be a bit of a mood killer. The pool was okay. We made the mistake of going to the grocery store to buy food without looking at the grill first-- it was awful with caked food. I was not going to scrape it off and besides it could also be a fire hazard. It was clear it was not cleaned prior to our arrival so I contacted the host; no response. Other minor issues: Not enough towels, especially given the fact you have a pool and a hot tub. Had to buy pods for the washing machine because only 3 pods were left for use. Would recommend replacing ripped rugs and chipped dishes (not healthy). The grill and the fact that I had to contact the host about our refund. With regard to the refund, technically it was "released" on the correct date but not to my account. That didn't happen until 7 days later when I made an inquiry because I couldn't find it. Two hours later it appeared and I received an email.
