"You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its...

"Clean spacious room with the travel cot ready on arrival. Perfect for what we needed, a relaxing start to our holiday. A shame that the pool was out of use when we arrived but we weren’t planning on using it on this occasion so it wasn’t a problem. Thanks to the lovely reception staff. "

"Located next to good amenities and town centre, but quite busy road to front so can be quite noisy via windows day and night. Bed was clean and crisp, but bath and sink had hairs from previous guest. Car park to rear with 10/12 spaces. Lots of floor boards creaked. "

"The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. "
