Our charming house hosts up to nine guests in the Queen City of the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). It is centrally located with proximity to RGV Premium Outlets, the RGV Livestock Show Grounds, the World Birding Center, and between McAllen (MFE) and Harlingen (HRL) airports. Bring your passport to visit Nuevo Progreso, across the international bridge for authentic Mexican cuisine and curios. Explore the beaches at South Padre Island or near Boca Chica's SpaceX, an hour away, for a memorable getaway.

The space
Our property boasts spacious and comfortable rooms, ideal for accommodating up to nine guests. You'll find well-appointed bedrooms with high-quality mattresses offering restful nights after a day of exploration.

The common areas are inviting and perfect for gathering and making memories. Our property features a cozy living room, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Gather with friends and family to unwind after a day of adventures or share stories of your travels.

The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a breakfast bar offering quick breakfast options such as pop tarts, oatmeal, fruit snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea.

We provide a dining table where guests can enjoy meals together or gather to play board games and other activities.

Both of our bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing hot bath during their stay. After a day of exploring Mercedes and its surrounding attractions, unwind and rejuvenate in the comfort of your private tub. It's the perfect way to soothe tired muscles and unwind before another day of adventure in the Rio Grande Valley.

For added convenience during your stay, we provide access to a washer and dryer, along with cleaning liquids. Guests will find convenient parking options at our property, with two spots available. One parking spot is located in the driveway for easy access, while another spot is provided on the street directly in front of the house.
