"Excellent location ,near the railway station walking 2 minutes.5 minutes walking to the lake front with lovely shops and resturants .. This is a lovely B and B .The owners were very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was served in the garden and delicious. I have stayed in many B&B over the years and this one is really one of the best .Highly recommend for staying in the lake cuomo area ."

"The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic."

"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible...

"Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean. No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly. Fabiola, our host, was delightful. Her breakfast was wonderful."

"This hotel was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed through our whole entire Italy trip. The hotel staff is extremely helpful at any given time, the breakfast was incredible and the best we’ve had in our trip and our room the villa overseeing the lake como with private access to the water was incredible. We will definitely be coming back and staying with at this hotel again. Also, if you have a car they have private parking which comes in handy, but also a bus station is nearly 3 minutes walking...
