"Breakfast is not included. Parking was another issue. Valet was $40. Only other option was to risk parking on a busy street lined with fraternity houses. Room and bed were amazing."

"The property was located within a five minute walk of the Newport aquarium and three minute walk to the outdoor activity space for Newport Kentucky. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. We had reserved five rooms. All five of the rooms were excellent. The swimming pool was a great place for the children and the adults to cool off and unwind. The morning breakfast area was clean. The food was maintained at appropriate temperature and the area was not dirty, although there were a lot of children...

"The only complaint I have about this property is the elevator and its not even really a complaint as much as it is a suggestion. The elevator is very old or needs to be serviced. It takes way too long. Other than that, the rooms are gorgeous and very clean, its right next to the water and restaurants and the staff was very friendly!"

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"Beautiful/clean room. Parking was a bit of a hassle, garage 2 blocks away and valet was very backed up. They may need to consider, when large amounts of people are checking in the same day, to stagger check-in times rather than have everybody checking in at the same time. Roads were backed up, police were blocking off the road so you couldn’t even turn there and valet could not keep up with the amount of people. Otherwise, would highly recommend."
