"Exceptionally friendly and courteous and helpful clerk at the front desk Basic hotel with a necessary amenities and my room actually had a kitchen. Some decent restaurants next door, but it’s about a 40 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride to the waterfront. Overall a good budget option. There doesn’t seem to be any middle range properties here but there are lots of Western branded high-end resorts."

"I liked everything about the hotel. The front staff to the staff that cleaned the rooms. Clean hotel!!!!"

"La chambre était très bruyante à cause des climatiseurs qui tournent et vibrent toute la nuit. Les fenêtres n'étant pas isolées c'est insupportable."

The staff are what makes this hotel."

The owner is a kind, well-educated person and also a writer. I truly enjoyed our conversations, which made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality."

"Si vous hésitez encore, foncez ! 😍 l’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est très gentil ! Le meilleur petit déjeuner que j’ai mangé dans un hôtel. Je recommande, j’ai kiffé !"

"I had a pleasant stay at IntercityHotel Muscat. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is also convenient for getting around Muscat. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit small and my room did not have a nice view.
