"The hotel and property were very clean. The room was really clean, staff was great, parking was easy. The only this was you could smell a sewage smell at night but wasn’t there in the morning or during the day."

"Okay hotel to spend a night. Halls and rooms are carpeted,… stained and not very appealing. Spa was closed on a Saturday afternoon. Bar is good."

"This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel, which we have now adopted as our home in Buffalo. The hotel itself is in a great location and feels very safe. The grounds and inside the hotel were very clean and our room was no exception. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. They provided us with a free upgrade to a handicapped room, which was very helpful as my spouse is disabled. There were some descent options at breakfast and we were not disappointed in any of the food."

"Hotel location was perfect for our trip. Very outdated but clean and staff was pleasant 😊."

"The staff were very nice and friendly. They always had service with a smile."
