"When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “"

"Good sized room. Unfortunately, as seen in many other reviews, the aircon was not working properly in the bedrooms. We heard others complaining too. Also a lingering unpleasant smell in one of the two suites we booked, and missing crockery. We have received a partial refund, but this issue really needs to be resolved, as it's clearly been going on for a while."

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...

"Excellent location with very easy walking into the City Centre and the Cathedral was only 5minutes walk away. Check-in was friendly and professional and although we arrived early this was not a problem. Excellent Car Parking facilities provided good access to the accommodation.
The Apartment was located up several stairs without a lift option so worth considering if you have walking difficulties. Inside the Apartment was very spacious with a well laid out living space however the Sash Windows...
