"Bei der Anreise wurde eine Aufbettung vergessen. Wir hatten dann versucht selber das Klappsofa in ein Bett umzubauen dabei kamen Reste von alten Lebensmittel und Chips unter dem Bett zum Vorschein. Das war nicht gerade sehr appetitlich. Die Umklappfunktion der Schlafcouch war auch defekt. Man war aber sehr freundlich und hat dann das Bett nachträglich noch hergerichtet. Ob dann auch der Boden gereinigt wurde haben wir nicht mehr kontrolliert. Im Bad waren ein paar kleine Mängel zum Beispiel war...

"Zimmer sind suuuper, da haben Architekt und Einrichter in vielen kleinen Details genial mitgedacht. Das Hotel selbst, tolles Ambiente, super Einrichtung, tolle TG mit zahlreichen Ladepunkten. "The location was great and so was the view of the castle from our room. But the amenities were lacking for a ‘Deluxe’ room and there were roof beams to contend with ( hazardous in terms of knocking one’s head ). The breakfast was to be recommended."

"Very accomodating staff. I was planning to arrive after check-in and they have a very well organized system to get your keys and to you. The rooms are small, at least the one I was in, but very comfortable and clean and very well equipped and thought out. It is peacful and queit and conviniently close to the train station with a short walk. Breakfast is great and served at a good time. "The hotel is good and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The problem we had was with our welcome to the hotel. We travelled by train to Heidelberg and did not have a lot of control over when we got to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm (check in time 3pm). When we tried to check in, we were told we were a little early, but if we paid 20 Euro extra we could check in. Most every hotel we stay at has a check in time, but will not...
